July 1 - Nov. 5, 2019: $50 cancellation processing fee
Nov 6 - 27, 2019: $200 cancellation fee; hotel non-refundable
Nov. 27th - Dec. 5th: $400 cancellation fee; hotel non-refundable

 

No Show Fee:
No Shows: $400 no show fee; hotel non-refundable
